Return window

You may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested within this 14-day return window will be accepted for any reason, including change of mind.

Free returns

Returns are free. Tor.ai covers the full cost of return shipping. You will not be charged any return shipping fee, logistics fee, or restocking fee when you return a product within the 14-day return window.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, the product should be:

• In its original condition, unused or in the same condition in which it was received.
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free items that came with it.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification after delivery.
• Custom-built or made-to-order products manufactured to your specific requirements.

How to request a return

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will confirm your return and arrange a free pickup or share a prepaid return shipping label.

You do not need to arrange or pay for return shipping yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
